Service Description
For first-time clients: This is your trial session. If you decide to purchase a 5-session package after the class, the trial session will be complimentary. Two women receive training structured like a private session, using original Pilates studio equipment and guided by a personal trainer. Not suitable for pregnant women or women with physical limitations.
Cancellation Policy
Private sessions (one-on-one and duet sessions) are valid for 2 months from the booking or purchase date. 5-session packages are valid for 3 months, and 10-session packages for 6 months. Please book your appointments within the respective validity period via www.privatepilates.de . Rescheduling beyond the applicable validity period is unfortunately not possible. If appointments are booked through the system outside of the validity period, they will be cancelled retrospectively. Sessions conducted outside the validity period cannot be guaranteed. Please also note our 24-hour cancellation policy.
