To ensure you find our studio as quickly as possible and can start your first training session right away, here's a brief outline of how to get here from Frankfurt's Nordend:

The easiest way is to take the S8 towards Wiesbaden Hbf to our Pilates studio. Once you arrive at Mühlberg station, follow Seehofstraße for approximately 450 meters, then turn left onto Willemerstraße.

Continue along Willemerstraße until you reach Schifferstraße, and you'll find our studio directly on your right. Access to our studio entrance is via the side street."

Through exercises on the original Pilates equipment, such as the Pilates Ladder Barrel, sustainable effects can be achieved after just one 60-minute session. Physical discomforts like shoulder or neck pain can be alleviated or even disappear entirely.
