A holistically trained body, a strong core, improved body awareness, relief from all kinds of pain, the connection of body and mind – all of this and so much more awaits you in your Pilates training with original Pilates equipment right here in the heart of Frankfurt.
With regular Pilates training, you'll experience a completely new, fresh energy that persists physically and mentally well into old age. You have the option to choose whether you'd like to do the training in private sessions, in a group session with up to only four women, or in a duet with a partner you're comfortable with. Our studio is located just 170 meters from the "Lokalbahnhof" stop. Upon arriving at Lokalbahnhof, head north on Darmstädter Landstraße towards Schifferstraße. After 50 meters, turn left onto Schifferstraße, and after 130 meters, you'll already have reached your destination.
Note: The entrance is located at the back, accessible via the side street.
Book Your Pilates Trial Session in Frankfurt
Are you looking to discover if Pilates is the right exercise for you, and whether you prefer Pilates in a private session, as a duet, or within a group with a personal trainer? Then simply book your first trial session. If you decide to continue training, your trial session will be complimentary, as we'll deduct it from the purchase of your 5 or 10 session card. Please note, however, that the trial session can only be credited towards the purchase of Private or Duet packages.
