At PRIVATE PILATES in Frankfurt’s Brückenviertel, our goal is to support women in finding a harmonious balance between body and mind. We understand how challenging it can be to find moments of calm amid the demands of everyday life – moments in which we truly listen to the needs of both body and mind.

That’s why we aim to give you the tools to meet daily challenges with strength and ease. Marion Samali, together with her team of experienced private trainers, looks forward to sharing over 20 years of Pilates experience with you.

The way from Frankfurt Westend to our studio

You're eager to get started right away? Then feel free to drop by our Pilates studio for a trial session! From Frankfurt Westend, you can reach us conveniently within just 20 minutes using the S-Bahn lines S3 to S6 heading towards Frankfurt Süd. From Lokalbahnhof station, it's only a 350-meter walk along Martin-May-Straße to Schifferstraße.

To access our studio, head to the back of the building. Simply turn into the side street, and you'll find the entrance.

Our motto: Strengthening body awareness through Pilates

Maintaining balance between body and mind is not an impossible task—it can be achieved through targeted training, such as Pilates. Pilates is far more than a short-lived fitness trend: developed around 100 years ago, the method is rooted in a long-standing tradition while remaining more relevant today than ever before.

This is due to its holistic training philosophy, which consciously connects body and mind. Pilates helps relieve discomfort such as back or neck pain, improves posture, and sustainably enhances body awareness. The targeted activation of the deep stabilizing muscles, combined with controlled movement and mindful breathing, promotes greater stability, mobility, and an overall more vital appearance.

Joseph Pilates, the founder of the method, developed his training concept based on movement science, functional strength training, and rehabilitative approaches, complemented by breathing techniques and precise body control. Pilates is therefore not a conventional floor-based workout, but a versatile training system that can be individually adapted to a wide range of needs.

The exercises are performed on specially designed Pilates equipment – always under the professional guidance of our highly qualified female trainers.

Our trainers prioritize your well-being during your time at our Pilates studio. We aim to help you strengthen your core and, in turn, improve your overall quality of life.

To bring this goal within reach, we develop an individual training plan with you, taking into account your fitness level. The 60-minute sessions can be booked individually, as duets, or as group classes.

Book Your Pilates Trial Session in Frankfurt

How about adding some more ease and strength to your everyday life? Holistic Pilates exercises can be truly invigorating in this regard. Why not try out the variety of Pilates for yourself? A trial session will give you the opportunity to get a glimpse of our program. Afterwards, this trial session will be deducted from your balance when you purchase a 5 or 10-class pass. Please note, however, that the trial session can only be credited towards the purchase of Private or Duet packages.
